For nearly a quarter century Fresh & Fancy Food Systems has served food service retailers throughout New England.  It was Fresh & Fancy Food Systems who introduced Chester Fried Chicken to the New England market 15 years ago. Throughout those years we’ve learned a quite a few things about what makes a successful chicken program. Our expertise allows us to provide quality products, flexibility, and customer support at every step.

The Roadies Chicken program provides you with most of the services you would expect from a fried chicken franchise but, without all of the negatives like fees, contract royalties and menu restrictions.

From our headquarters in Providence, RI, Fresh & Fancy Food Systems has built a reputation for support for the foodservice programs we manage. Located in the historic Hope Brewery Building, our 15,000 square foot facility includes our offices as well as a showroom/training area, repair shop and warehouse. We stock thousands of products, parts and equipment that keep you in business.
